The Canada Suicide Prevention Service site was one of the most important sites I've ever had the honour of working on: Its primary goal is to help those in crisis connect with the resources that they need to get assistance. It was of the utmost importance that this site focus on accessibility: information had to be clear and readily available for people in crisis.

We wanted this brand to feel approachable and engaging. The cool palette is meant to feel calming and soothing to those who may be in crisis. We use imagery of hands to represent caring, community, and to mirror the hands in the logo.
Testing shows us that most of the audience for this site views it on mobile, so all of the buttons are clickable and will connect the user directly with the help they need.
